Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this specialist role, you’ll recruit and onboard health practitioners to meet customer and contract needs. You’ll arrange onboarding sessions and facilitate orientations.
Engaging and training existing practitioners on clinical policy, procedures, and company mission will be key.
You’ll also coordinate retention initiatives to keep the practitioner network vibrant and robust.
Effective reporting, note-taking, and information organization form a big part of the routine workload.
Hosting web-based and in-person meetings, both internally and externally, is frequent in this role.
