This Information Specialist will support referral management for individuals seeking proven cognitive-behavioural therapy services. Daily, you’ll support a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling clinical team appointments and answering clinical information calls. Managing data input and maintaining accurate records in multiple software platforms is a key part of the responsibilities. Supporting both onsite and offsite locations, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders regularly. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is necessary due to scheduling needs with clients and therapy groups.
