What Does an Intermediate Document Controller Do?
In this role, you’ll handle the compliant, accurate, and timely management of asset and project documentation for both internal teams and external suppliers.
Your daily responsibilities will revolve around processing and reviewing project documents. You’ll ensure all standards and procedures are followed meticulously.
You’ll use OpenText xECM for document management, specifically in an owner/operator context, and will also support SAGD operations.
Another key aspect is dealing with documentation from external vendors, confirming compliance with owner/operator governance.
Proficiency in M365 workspace tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word, will be necessary as part of your workflow.
