This full-time, temporary position offers a flexible start date in May and wraps up at the end of August. Compensation includes hourly wage plus incentives, with all salary details discussed during interviews. Daily Responsibilities & Job Insights
The position involves supporting a sales team by working with customer relationship management software, contacting prospective clients, and managing various communication methods. You’ll engage with clients via warm calls, emails, social media, and in the showroom, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Interns will assist their assigned mentor, a Product Advisor, to meet and exceed ambitious sales goals. You’ll contribute to weekly and monthly progress reports, help handle advertising streams, and learn first-hand how a premium sales department operates.
This role also offers regular feedback and constructive guidance, making it a learning opportunity in both customer service and automotive sales. As a full-time member, you’ll gain a deep understanding of dealership routines and the overall sales cycle.
