On a typical day, you will assist in operating and resolving helpdesk issues for the in-house design program. You’ll also handle inventory control duties, such as ordering product samples and updating manuals or SOPs as needed.
Your daily tasks include supporting associates with policy and product questions, as well as providing internal staff with information and training on products. You may be asked to prepare quotes for employee kitchen designs or participate in special projects.
Additionally, you’ll help in onboarding by setting up new location accounts and training new associates. Multitasking and organizational skills are essential, given the wide number of responsibilities involved in this role.
Expect a work environment where you are relied upon for your expertise in design and customer service. The pace can be high-pressure or deadline driven at times, so confidence in managing multiple tasks is important.
