What You’ll Do Each Day
Supporting principals with everything from travel arrangements to daily schedule management is at the heart of this role.
Expect to handle diary and calendar management, book flights and accommodation, and oversee all travel logistics regularly.
You’ll also liaise with a senior PA, coordinate with household and service staff, and ensure smooth operations at multiple residences.
Additional duties include running personal errands, managing correspondence, and supervising household maintenance tasks.
Preparation of residences before and after the principals’ stays, plus onboarding supporting staff, are also important tasks.
