This Admin & Finance Clerk offer is a permanent contract, targeting candidates with a diploma and at least one year of relevant experience. You’ll find cost-to-company remuneration and the chance to work alongside a well-respected finance team. A strong working knowledge of Xero is required, and familiarity with CHASE and Connecteam will serve as a major advantage.

Key Duties Day-to-Day

Each day, you will process invoices, credit notes, and payments using Xero and manage weekly and monthly credit card reconciliations. Expense management and proper supplier invoicing are part of your regular responsibilities, and you will be expected to keep thorough documentation.

You’ll handle accounts payable and receivable capturing, follow up on outstanding payments, and support the finance manager during audits. Payroll support, including processing brand ambassador wages, also features heavily in the role.
