Daily Responsibilities and Requirements
You will configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and the Service Catalog. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into workable ServiceNow solutions in line with ITIL standards.
Administering ServiceNow instances, including handling version upgrades and migrations, is a key responsibility. You are expected to facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure process compliance for change tickets.
Regular duties include supporting end-user requests, resolving incidents, handling requests within strict SLAs, and creating standard templates to increase efficiency. Maintenance of Service Catalog workflows and approval processes is essential.
You may also be involved in IT Business Management (ITBM), driving performance analytics, and supporting Agile workflows for rapid project delivery and system enhancements.
A minimum of five years’ ServiceNow development and administration experience and the ServiceNow System Administrator certification are required. Experience with CMDB/CSDM frameworks is a strong plus.
