The HR & Payroll Administrator (Part-Time / Temporary) role provides a versatile opportunity within a professional team. The position offers 15–16 hours weekly with a competitive €20 hourly rate. This is an 8–12 week temporary position best suited for those who value structured part-time work and want room for work-life balance.

You’ll work on-site on Mondays and Tuesdays and benefit from remote options for other days. Main Responsibilities

As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you will handle weekly payroll preparation, track new starters and leavers, manage the HR inbox, and coordinate candidate applications. You’ll also maintain up-to-date HR records, support probation tracking, and perform general administrative HR duties as requested.

Accuracy and organisation are essential, as is the confidence to communicate and collaborate within the team. Experience with HR Locker is preferable, but not strictly required. Your ability to learn new systems quickly can give you an edge.
