The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and high standards throughout all hotel spaces, not just guest rooms but public areas too.
Daily tasks include cleaning, stocking carts, responding to guest requests, and ensuring all areas are inviting and up to standard.
This role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to handle varied duties as they arise during each shift while moving around the property.
You’ll be on your feet, working with a hands-on approach and sometimes lifting, carrying, or moving items weighing up to 23kg (50 pounds).
