About the Job

As a Service Desk Specialist, you will work remotely and help internal clients with IT issues. The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $30 and the position is contract-based.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts for 7.5 hours, with training provided. On-site visits may be needed occasionally for equipment or internet support.

You’ll join a collaborative team of about 30 members, all focused on providing excellent technical support and customer service.
