The Manager, Loan Servicing Platform role puts you at the heart of Sunbit’s operations. This position involves overseeing loan account management systems, impacting more than a million active loans daily.
Your core tasks include defining system logic, partnering with product and engineering teams, and modernizing the loan servicing platform to accommodate future product needs and regulatory compliance.
You’ll directly support new loan products, ensuring accuracy in interest rates, fees, and product definitions within the system. You will steer critical back-office processes for Sunbit’s core business.
Expect to work with senior leadership and contribute to high-level decisions regarding technology, compliance, and product implementations. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity.
Technical documentation and the ability to be a subject matter expert in loan servicing are essential parts of the job. Strong regulatory understanding is required.
