You’ll work under the mentorship of experienced hotel leaders. This practical exposure is enhanced by the chance to handle special projects, drive innovation, and contribute new ideas to operational processes.
You’ll also get to take part in management meetings, collaborate with peers globally, and use social networking platforms to connect with past and present Voyage members.
Tasks extend beyond shadowing, so expect leadership challenges that will develop both your hard and soft skills. The immersive structure uniquely positions graduates to move quickly into supervisory or management positions upon completion.
