The main responsibility is to handle incoming queries from customers and engineers by phone or email, providing accurate technical advice and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and courteously.
You will need to deliver first-time resolution for customer concerns whenever possible, always aiming for a positive client outcome that meets key KPIs and SLAs.
Problem-solving is essential, as is being able to understand customer situations clearly and respond effectively within set timeframes.
